Tom Brady expectant father or absent father?

splashnews_kcs180207b_011.jpg
It has been reported that things are getting nasty between Tom Brady and ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan since she has announced her announcent that she is 3-months pregnant with his child.
"Bridget didn't even bother to tell him she was going to go public with this," said a friend. Some say that Moynahan, three months expectant with her first child, "may have gotten pregnant on purpose. She is 36, wanted a baby, and Tom was dumping her. It's a little suspicious." But a friend of Moynahan said, "Please. They dated for three years and they broke up in December - right around the time he found out she was pregnant and he immediately started dating Gisele Bundchen. Who's the gross one here?"(source)
But now Brady's agent, Don Yee, has released a statement that says he is excited about becoming a father:
"Tom and his family are excited about the pregnancy, and want to thank everyone who has shown support, and particularly for their consideration of Tom's privacy,"
Is the devout Catholic Brady pissed about the pregnancy and now working some serious spin control to repair his squeaky clean image? Or is he honestly proud of the prospect of becoming a father?

I have been absolutely mesmerized by the television coverage today of the Anna Nicole next of kin hearing. I feel sorry for anyone that does not have a TV handy, this brings back great memories of cutting calculus to watch the OJ Simpson verdict live my senior year of high school. Some amazing highlights from today: *There are 16 lawyers crammed into this courtroom (I hope that A/C fails cause the idea of a scantily clad Krista Barth going toe to toe against a near-naked Debra Opri kind of turns me on) *right off the get go Stern's lawyer Krista Barth accused Debra Opri, the lawyer for Stern's paternity rival Birkhead of making a statement that Stern "actually killed Miss Smith." Awesome, G.L.O.W. here we come! *Judge Larry Sieblin made Stern write "Dannielynn" on a wipe board underneath where it says "daughter." Was he trying to see if he could spell Dannielynn and end the trial now if he couldn't? *Stern said Anna Nicole "was my whole world, everything to me. She was my lover." If by "whole world" he meant "paycheck" and "lover" he meant "someone I have secretly loved and fantasized about for the past 11 years but never actually touched and hoped that one day I would be able to get a piece of what everyone else got but me" then I believe him. *Anna Nicole was "obsessed" with her death according to Stern and believed she was going to die like Marilyn Monroe. If this is true, and the tox screen comes back with a whole mess of drugs in her stomach, would it make her death a suicide? What about Stern then being charged with assisted suicide since he is such an enabler? *Anna Nicole's biological father, Don Hogan, is creepy

Former notable guests at the Promises facility include Mel Gibson, Matthew Perry, Charlie Sheen, Yasmin Bleeth, Kim Delaney, Robert Downey Jr., Kelly Osbourne, and Ben Affleck Update: A rep for Britney Spear's has released this statement:
"Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."
Lets pray, for her kids sake, she lasts more than one day.

Get Your Ballots In!

Oscar Ballots are due in a couple of hours so the two accountants from Price Waterhouse can get to counting the 5,800 ballots. Lets know who think is going win in the comments. I'm still standing by my prediction that "Little Miss Sunshine" is going to take the award for Best Picture, making it the first comedy to do so. If you need a refresher on who or what is nominated CLICK HERE.

Fresh out of rehab (was she ever really there) and back to her old habits, Lindsay Lohan showed up at Winston's Bar and Lounge in West Hollywood last night. She is carrying a bottle of water with her and we don't know what she drank in the bar but isn't she still underage? More pics after the jump!

ANS Court Arrivals: Let's Get It On!

Howard K. Stern is currently on the stand discussing his relationship with Anna Nicole Smith. He looks a little more "aware" than usual but is spinning in his chair, back and forth, speaking in a very somber, monotonous voice. He has referred to Anna as his "wife" and "mother of his daughter" and stated that he and Anna became intimate in 2000 but their relationship was not exclusive, she had several other boyfriends and he just wanted her to be happy. I can't believe how riveting this is. Stern and Birkhead's seats are just a few feet away from each other with their lawyers sitting next to each other and Virgie Arthur across the room. On a side note, does Anna Nicole's biological father look like a cross between Johnny Cash and Elvis?
