Sienna Miller is obviously quite taken with her new boy as the pair were spotted having dinner together with Sienna's family, at trendy eaterie Matsuri in New York's Maritime Hotel. After all the hurt she recieved from Jude Law, it must be a good sign for the couple that she feels she can introduce Jamie Burke to her mother and father. One fellow diner observed "Jamie looked pretty nervous - it seemed to be the first time he was meeting her folks." Sienna should be careful if she has chosen Jamie as her Mr Right. The aspiring musician, who is currently modeling for Calvin Klein, does not have the best record for sustaining relationships. He has dated a string of celebrities including Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan and Courtney Love. His fling with Moss, whom he met on a skiing holiday in Aspen a year ago, was only discovered by his then girlfriend, model Jessie Leonard, when she saw a TV news item. Jamie's excentric rocker dress sense seems very well suited to Sienna's. Earlier in the day she was spotted wearing a leather mini skirt and he had huge metal rings on his hands. Rock on kids! I think you make a great couple.

It looks like Kevin Federline is taking advantage of the ongoing saga that is the Britney Spears train wreck to try and get custody of the kids or at the very least more visitation. K-Fed and his lawyers are expected to be in court tomorrow for an emergency hearing to discuss the custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to Kevin. Not as much to as say "I'm sorry," because I'm not, but to say that maybe we all judged him a little too harshly and that he isn't as big of a freeloading mess as we all thought he was. A copy of Anna Nicole Smith's will was faxed to her Bahamian home just days before her death. I can only speculate and say that it was probably to make changes to it as it was ever changed or edited after the birth of her daughter Dannielynn or the death of her son Daniel, who her estate was left to. This does call into question Howard K. Stern's testimony that he didn't know much about her will into question. Stern is the executor of Smith's state and drafted her will but said on the stand he does not "remember" taking part in its conception and knew only that the estate "was supposed to go to her son and I was supposed to be the guardian." Does Stern know more than he is letting on? What do you think?
