The Bahamas! Congratulations to the Bahamas for really pulling out the win on this one. I really thought Texas was going to get it's next roadside attraction but it looks like Anna Nicole Smith will be laid to rest (finally) next to her late son Daniel.
I personally feel that neither Howard K. Stern or Virgie Arthur have Anna Nicole Smith's intentions truly at heart but being buried next to Daniel is truly what she wanted.
This ruling is not binding as the remains were given to Dannielynn and trusted in the hands of of her guardian Richard Milstein who ultimately will make the decision, based on Judge Seidlin's ruling and consultation with the the three parties (Stern, Birkhead, and Arthur)
So basically we are back at square 1 with a recommendation of burial in the Bahamas. Wow, that was anticlimactic.

Judge Seidlin just announced that he will be announcing his verdict in 15 minutes. Why in 15 minutes? My guess is to practice it in front of the mirror a few times with the help of his wife and an acting coach. Anybody know if CAA has contacted this guy about a TV gig?

Judge Seidlin just dropped the bomb that this next-of -kin trial is coming to end and that he will announce his decision in a few minutes

Anna Nicole Smith's first husband and father of her late son Daniel, Billy Smith, made an appearance in court over the phone. He stated that he wishes for Anna Nicole and Daniel to be buried in Texas.
Update: The Judge is about to end the case

The first half of testimony today has proven to be just as exciting as the previous days. The day started with Larry Birkhead back on the stand to discuss Anna Nicole's drug use.
Highlights from this morning:
*Judge Larry Siedlin virtually named Stern as a "villain" in the case, suggesting he was an "enabler" for Anna Nicole and her drug use.
*Larry Birkhead emotionally testified Anna Nicole was a "VIP Customer" at the local pharmacy and that he tried several times to stop from taking any and all medications that Stern said "Anna needed to live."
*Krista Barth, Stern's lawyer, cursed on live TV while reading an expletive riddled email (it was sh*t, if you really want to know)
*Anna Nicole's ex-driver, Troy Hollier, stated he never saw Anna Nicole take any drugs or medications causing Judge Siedlin to shout "You want me to believe this man?" before booting him off the stand.
*Virgie Arthur's lawyer John O'Quinn, known as "Texas" in the courtroom, a diabetic, fainted ending this mornings testimony. He is ok and chalked up the fall to not eating breakfast.

Britney Spears is back in rehab again after Kevin Federline has taken a stand and threatened to go to court to take her kids away.
Spears quit the Promises Treatment Center less than 24 hours after arriving and hid out in a hotel with a friend. But last night K-Fed called for an emergency hearing regarding the custody of their two children and gave Britney an ultimatum "Go back to rehab right now and I wont go to court today."
The ultimatum comes after Spears drove out to K-Fed's house and banged on his door for twenty minutes, screaming into the intercom "I know you're in there. Open the door, I need to talk, let me in." After no response she drove around the block and came back to repeat the process 5 times.
One can only hope that Britney has come to her senses and that she gets the help she needs. Congrats to Kevin for taking a stand. I would have never guessed he was going to be the voice of reason.
