Diddy may be facing assault charges after allegedly punching real estate broker Gerard Rechnitzer at a post-Oscar party at the Roosevelt Hotel. Rechnitzer claims that after a quick trip to the john he returned to find Diddy and his entourage trying to put the moves on his fiance and urging her to come "party" with them.
