Her hair is not ratty, stupid! That's how you put some kinds of extensions in! Get a clue! You take small groups of hair and bond them together with the extensions, therefore creating a look (up close) of small clumps. Hence the lighter color hair coming from the so-called clumps! Dumb dummy!
