Singer Brandy has been hit with a second lawsuit over the car crash she caused in December, in which a woman died. The R&B star was at the wheel of a Land Rover when it hit the back of a Honda driven by waitress Awatef Aboudihaj. Brandy already has a $50 million lawsuit against her from the parents, but now Aboudihaj's children are claiming negligence and wrongful death. Around the same time the first lawsuit was filed, the California Highway Patrol recommended that the singer-actress be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.

Really now.. these people are going overboard. I really dont think it's about the death of thier child/mother.. it's about the fact that a RICH person might of caused it. It was an accident. Accidents happen a lot. While I understand they might want to sue.. $50 million? Come on now. That family is beyond greedy.

She should have been charged with Felony Vehicular Homicide. After all SHE did hit the car in the back end, causing the womans DEATH. Any time, that's ANYTIME you hit another car in the REAR, that includes from the rear door and on back, it is AUTOMATICALLY YOUR fault!!

ANYHOO she hit and killed a woman, charge her with the felony charge don't suspend the sentence.. There is a saying that says "Wealthy people in the front door, JUSTICE out the back door"!!!!!!!
