The children don't look cold at all to me, it just looks like Sam is cross that she is the one being carried by her father, and is jealous of her little sister being carried by Mommy. Look at the way she's looking over at Denise and Lola

Ever tried to MAKE a child that age where weather appropriate clothing? Yeah...it isn't easy. And it also appears Denise is carrying one of their coats. I'm sure if it had been Minnesota and 20 below they would have forced their kids to wear long sleeves and jackets, in their climate it's a battle not worth having.
