I don't find it absurd!!! Crying is totally OK, even for a judge.

I haven't gotten a chance to watch the video, so I guess that I might be jumping the gun here, but I think it's unprofessional, at the least. Then again, I might be thinking this because he isn't making the best impression overall - he has, apparently, been looking to get his own show for some time. Again, way to be professional and focus on the real reason for your job, which is not to get good ratings

The Judge is a piece of crap. He was paid off to and took his time to get his 5 days of fame. If you listened to the case on TV the judge already made up his mind before the case even started by comments he made to Vergie and the way he talked to her lawyer (calling him TEXAS). What a jerk. I hope for the love of God that this case be taken a little more seriously than it has been. So far they have turned it into a damn joke. Anna’s son, daughter, Mom and others need to be treated with respect and the rule of the real laws need to be enforced. I saw what happened in court yesterday, that slimebag lawyer of Howard K. Stern walked up and snuck the cup that Larry Berkhead was drinking out of. Now they will get Larry’s D&A so Howard will no for sure whether Larry is the real dad as he already knows he is not. You know damn well he has had a swab of himself and Danielynn done in the Bahamas. He knows he is not the dad, that’s why he is fighting so damn hard. He needs to be in jail. He is responsible for the death of Anna and Daniel. Whether he did it directly or not someone either him or Anna gave Daniel Methodone in that hospital room ! Howard was an enabler and sttod by and watched Anna take drugs and even got them for her. So anyway you look at it he is an unfit person. He needs to be investigated to the fullest extent on the law. Bahamma laws are just as crooked as ARUBA’S ! You can literally get aways with Murder in these drug infested Islands.
I hope somehow that bady will be protected. Howard is holding the baby hostage. If all else fails and the BAHAMMA courts will not do the right thing and allow real justice to prevail then I hope someone kidnaps that baby and brings it to the USA where she belongs ! Enough of BS already.

I hope Vergie will continue to do talk shows in her daugherr behalf and she will make money herself as I know she retired and does nto have money to fight this beast. I hope someone will step up to the plate and help her pay for all these lawyers she needs. They do not work for free. Poor Vergie gets an offer for a plane ticket to go see her grandsons grave and she all of a sudden is a scumbag. ….and it’s okay for Howard to do all these things. I call that pot-kettle. Anna’s mother should bury her daughter in Texas or California and Daniel needs to be brought back to the states and buried beside her. Anna was born and raised in the USA and so was Daniel. To bury Daniel in a foreign land and Anna too, is a disgrace.

As far as this "judge"goes, he is a JOKE, a judge should hold back his feelings, he should not let everyone see him make a fool out of himself. It's obvious that he wants some sort of tv show, what a shame.....as far as this trial goes, I think its all a JOKE......dont tell me that the mother is not doing it for the money, please, she hasnt talked to her daughter in years, come off it , get off your high horse, and get back to your trailer
