....someone who knows my anguish! I just saw this video---what was that all about? Although I should have watched the video thinking of it as an immersion of two vocally talented, award winning artists; it was painful to watch, just like I was gargling with bleach in my mouth! ECKGH ! Both artists, are talented in their own right and get their respect from me. However, personally I see Beyonce as a media hog! Pardon how rude I am, but her actions define her character. Another person like that is someone who I really love - Dr. Phil! I don't understand why some people are like that. Why did Shakira do the video with her??? Even make a song?? I really want to know what she thinks of Beyonce. All I could think about while watching the video was how Beyonce was trying to be better than Shakira at belly dancing/body movements. Beyonce's desire to do everything, be better than anyone angers me. It's not so much I feel any jealousy, because I would not want to be Beyonce. I love how she her face graces the television, she is a strong performer, as well an excellent singer. But who is she? Who does she think she is? From what I just wrote, I'm a bit wound up in the psychoanalysis of this, but does someone out there know what I'm talking about?? By the way, the video AND the song "Beautiful Liar," should receive the award for history's lamest video: kills two birds with one stone.
