It looks like Dr. Sandeep Kapoor could be getting a phone call from the LAPD/ATF/FDA/ABMS/FBI and even the NCAA for a prescription for methadone discovered by TMZ. The methadone pills were prescribed to a Michelle Chase, an alias of Smith's and according to California law it is illegal to prescribe a controlled substance to a false name. The methadone was then sent from a Los Angeles pharmacy to Vicky Marshall, Smith's real name, in the Bahamas. This occurred on August 25, 2006, which is 13 days before Smith gave birth to Dannielynn and 16 days before the death of her son, Daniel. Methadone has been implicated in the death of Daniel and was found in Anna Nicole's Bahamian fridge. This is one of the problems with celebrities and addiction. Doctors who don't say no. I guess they are so in awe of their famous patient that they dare not offend them. So fucked up. When it gets out of control its either a stint at Betty Ford or ending up in the morgue.

It is a tragedy, however we do not know the circumstances of the prescriptions and Dr. Kapoor is a caring man who would never intentionally hurt someone. I think the fault is with Anna for being a whorish drug addicted crazy person.
