Man Vergie says Anna was on drugs most of her life? Vergie acts like SHE IS ON DRUGS! I am PRAYING TO GOD and to ANNA that they will bury her beautiful body next to her son in the Bahamas where she belongs. I was enraged to hear Vergie open her fat trap and state she has plans to have Daniel's body dug up and moved to Texas! What the hell is she thinking? IT'S WRONG VERGIE! if virgie/vergie (whichever) cares so much about daniel why would she want him buried alone in the bahamas? and if she loves her daughter why would she want to bury her in a state where she hasn't lived in over ten years? Just because she was born there? She never voiced any desire to be buried in Texas. Anna would want to be close to her son and any other location would be morally wrong from any stand point. Let her rest in peace by her beloved son.

Also, Daniel didn't live in Texas, it wasn't his home. If they are going to disturb him and exhume his body, the only location he should be reburied would be in California. But exhuming a body on the basis of a claim by Anna's estranged mother that Anna was not of sound mind when she buried Daniel is ridiculous. Anna hated that evil woman, so I dont care if Stern did keep her drugged up-he didnt allow her father to rape her and he didnt beat her. They need to give Dannielynn to her real father, Birkhead, and they need to bury Anna next to her son in the Bahamas where she wanted to be. Vergie should have nothing to do with any of this, she is only a greedy woman willing to sell out for this agency.

Vergie is only looking for publicity and money, not the wishes of her daughter, grandson, or granddaughter. I hope that crazy judge can atleast see through her act. It is not fair that this woman is benefitting monetarily from the deaths of her grandson and daughter. She is a sick sick woman.

Take a close look at the will. ANS had to initial almost every page. On page i (page one of the will index) and page 1 (of the actual will) the initial M is VERY different from all of the other initials throughout the will. Perhaps the paragraph "excluding all future children", which by the way has been suspect even during the court proceedings, was added without ANS's consent and someone else initialed the pages. Possible forgery? Two pages could have been recreated and replaced easily, except for the fact that the writing of the initials don't match, almost undetected.

No matter who the biological father is, Anna wanted Howard to take care of Dannilynn Hope. Howard is the only father Danni knows. Howard will take good care of Danni and Anna's future affairs. Danni and Howard staying together AND being laid to rest by Daniel were Anna's truest wishes.

The issue right now is who will get ANS body to bury, by all accounts she has never expressed any wishes to be buried in Texas. Only her estranged mother, who she hated, wants her in Texas...why is this taking so long? The body should be given to Howard, her confidante of over ten years, not that witch of a woman who is only looking out for herself.

Virgie raised Daniel until he was 6 or 7 years old. Anna Nicole Smith loved her mother and family. The only difference is that ANS was rich and Virgie is middle class but not poor.

Howard looked like a bumbling fool on that stand today, dancing around every subject like the fake lawyer he is. Virgie and Larry seemed very genuine and they were the only 2 that seemed emotional and showed real tears. I love both of their lawyers too. Virgie's story about Larry sending flowers to Daniel's grave made me want to cry also.
Howard controled Anna w/ drugs and estranged her from all family and friends by keeping her away from them and telling her that they and the media were all against her, and that he was the only one she could count on, when actually he wasn't because he lead to her and Daniel's death. Anna didn't love him in a romantic way, and that is why he mainly cared about her money and getting it and exploiting her in her drugged up stages along the way. If you love someone you don't let them make (drugged up) fools of themselves in public like that, and you most definitely don't let them hurt themselves w/ drugs, which she was most definitely was. If she loved him, she probably wouldn't be dead now because he would've tried to get her off drugs (and he'd be assured of having her money), but knowing that she didn't love him and he couldn't control her if she was off the drugs because she would leave him and be in a romantic realationship w/ someone she loved, like Larry, and if that happened, then he would be cut off financialy. I'm sure he thought that once he estranged her from everyone who loved her, and thinking that they didn't care about her anymore, that it would be smooth sailing and everything of Anna's would be his after her ad Daniel's death, and I'm sure he didn't expect a fight from friends and family of Anna's, but now he's getting one. Those people fighting for her (NOT HOWARD) are the ones who loved her, even when she turned them away.
Larry should've taken the cup that Howard was drinking from for DNA when he was in the stand, but I guess he knows Howard isn't the father, and all he really needs is Dannileynn's DNA to prove he's the father.

Mynx, you surprise me if your a relative, i would assume they were all on Vergie's side, but you are on Anna's. Anna trusted Howard, therefore she wanted him to take care of her afterlife needs and Dannielynn. Dannielynn loves Howard he has been there since day one, he loves her, and he loves Anna. He would never hurt them. All you people who say hes a murderer are just plan out cruel and apparently you dont know what love is. If Howard wanted any money from Anna he would have asked her for it, or atleast married her before he killed her.
