Anna Nicole's mother laywers up, wants the body

Anna Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur, is trying to claim Anna's body as her next of kin with the help of Corals Gable lawyer Stephen Tunstall. Currently Anna's body lies in the morgue prevented from being released for burial by two court orders, one of which is for a DNA sample requested by Larry Birkhead to be used during the paternity test.
I understand that Virgie is her mother but I think the last thing Anna would have wanted was to be put in her moms custody, she was very public about her disgust and hatred for her mom. Why hasn't anyone checked her will for burial instructions? There is no way Slimey Stern didn't have her write one or write one himself.
Update: Virgie Arthur has shown up at the Bahamian Supreme Court in Nassau with her legal team to apply for an emergency injuction to stop Stern from taking Dannielynn from the island. She is pushing to have Dannielynn placed into the custody of social services until the issue of her paternity is resolved.

A mother no matter how Anna felt still has a right to grieve. let there be some peace to all of this.
I understand there was bad vibes between them, but mother really is the next of kin and I think there is merit to the baby girl living with emotionally unconnected people until this frightful mess is resolved.Bit I disagree the poor wee thing should be left to social services.All that potential money gives everyone connected a blatant agenda.Remove that possibilty and I reckon there would be far less people on this playing pitch.It is really all rather vile that everyone only wants the money and the poor baby is the pawn now

Why doesn't her mother do the right thing and let the woman be buried next to the son she seemed to adore? The only reason she wants her buried in Texas is to relieve her own guilt about the way they left things. Let the woman be buried and rest in peace. She made her choice known when she had her son buried and purchased an adjoining plot, isn't that enough?
I am a mother of 7 children and would never treat my chidren as anna mother did she is out for the money only and could care less shes a good liar. as for the baby I really wonder who would be a true parent without the money, not her mother for sure she should not be in the picture, as for stern I am not sure yet, or burkhead I wounder if the money was held for her estate until 25 years old and they had to support her what they would do. I support all my children by my self and dont requet any thing. when you die you should have no regrets but annas mother sure will for all of annas distruction she had no to talk to she should have been able to talk to her hope fully some will pray for her.
God, Let's hope this woman loses her appeal case to get Anna's body. Why does she want it so she can invite Splash there to video tape her crying over her daughters grave on birthdays and anniversaries of her death? She screwed herself in court when she lied and told them she wasn't out to make a profit off Anna. BUSTED, The dumb sow brought splash with her to view the body!! Had all those attorney's sitting at her table and had to have a Splash journalist drive her. How convenient. So tell us Splash, how much ya paying her?
If Anna would have wanted her to raise her child she would have said so. Why does her mother want the child to give her husband more sex, like she did with Anna
