The Judge is a piece of crap. He was paid off to and took his time to get his 5 days of fame. If you listened to the case on TV the judge already made up his mind before the case even started by comments he made to Vergie and the way he talked to her lawyer (calling him TEXAS). What a jerk. I hope for the love of God that this case be taken a little more seriously than it has been. So far they have turned it into a damn joke. Anna’s son, daughter, Mom and others need to be treated with respect and the rule of the real laws need to be enforced. I saw what happened in court yesterday, that slimebag lawyer of Howard K. Stern walked up and snuck the cup that Larry Berkhead was drinking out of. Now they will get Larry’s D&A so Howard will no for sure whether Larry is the real dad as he already knows he is not. You know damn well he has had a swab of himself and Danielynn done in the Bahamas. He knows he is not the dad, that’s why he is fighting so damn hard. He needs to be in jail. He is responsible for the death of Anna and Daniel. Whether he did it directly or not someone either him or Anna gave Daniel Methodone in that hospital room ! Howard was an enabler and sttod by and watched Anna take drugs and even got them for her. So anyway you look at it he is an unfit person. He needs to be investigated to the fullest extent on the law. Bahamma laws are just as crooked as ARUBA’S ! You can literally get aways with Murder in these drug infested Islands.
I hope somehow that bady will be protected. Howard is holding the baby hostage. If all else fails and the BAHAMMA courts will not do the right thing and allow real justice to prevail then I hope someone kidnaps that baby and brings it to the USA where she belongs ! Enough of BS already.

I hope Vergie will continue to do talk shows in her daugherr behalf and she will make money herself as I know she retired and does nto have money to fight this beast. I hope someone will step up to the plate and help her pay for all these lawyers she needs. They do not work for free. Poor Vergie gets an offer for a plane ticket to go see her grandsons grave and she all of a sudden is a scumbag. ….and it’s okay for Howard to do all these things. I call that pot-kettle. How shameful people are towards this old fashion small town lady (that happens to be heavy set)with a beautiful daugher she loved and tried to warn. I am sick of people putting down Anna’s mother. You all need to be bitch slapped! She is a human being with feelings. Leave her the hell alone.
Anna’s mother should bury her daughter in Texas or California and Daniel needs to be brought back to the states and buried beside her. Anna was born and raised in the USA and so was Daniel. To bury Daniel in a foreign land and Anna too, is a disgrace.
Howard could do us all a favor and jump in the pool or ocean and drown himself. He is lower than low. I hope Larry Berkhead gets his child soon. GOOD LUCK LARRY ! I worry for the baby’s safety. Is she going to be next. ??

Vergie needs the money so she can PORK out more. She is NOT a good parent and is too old to be raising a baby. What is that old fool thinking? The baby should come to me and raised where no one knows who she is. The money involved should to go a fund for Dannielynn stating on her 18th birthday she gets X amount, 21st birthday X amount and 25th the rest. I hope and Pray this innocent child remains with Howard because he is the ONLY person she knows to be daddy. God Bless you little Dannielynn.. we love your beautiful little face! I cant beleive how people can be so cruel. Vicky was Vergie's daughter. This woman carried, gave birth, and raised her to the best of her ablility. She loved her!!!!!! Is there a mother out there who can say she does not love her child? Anna Nicole was a public figure, Vicky was Vergie's flesh and blood. Vergie's daughter had a serious drug addiction, and she only wanted people around her who approved and contributed to this addiction. Vicky's attitude towards her mother was just that. Her mother didnt approve of this addiction and tried to help her, but she was in deniel and did not want help. YOU CANT HELP SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT WANT HELP!
I understand what this poor mother has gone through over the years with her daughter. My daughter put my husband and I through hell with her drug addiction. She would not listen to reason, it was her way or no way. She was so messed up! All her so called friends were users, and or dealers. We tried everything in our power to help her see the light, but we were talking to a brick wall. Also, just like Vicky or Anna, she resented us, and blamed us for her poor choices. People who have not experienced a loved one with an addiction cant possible understand the heartbreak associated with it.
To make a long story short, our daughter finally cleaned up her life and thankfully now is drug free. She has appologized over and over for putting her family through hell. My heart goes out to Vergie, because she was not as fortunate as I was. She lost her daughter and grandson without any closure. My God give this poor woman a break! There is a thing called "tough love", and maybe if everyone around Anna had this love for her she would still be alive today. Howard K Stern certainly did not! He enabled her. He gave her exactly what she wanted but not what she needed. He is nothing more than a money hungry drug pusher. I found his comments towards Vergie at the funeral absolutly appauling. It was completely inappropriate. I find him to be a dangerous con, without compassion or a conscience.
Vergie, keep your head up, and keep fighting to be a part of your granddaughter's life. She will really need you now.
