first thing should of been done is who the hell the father is of that baby then see where danny & nicole gets buried.....unbelievable,what that judge did,giving the body to the baby!! if i was mrs arthur i would go to the supreme court to have both bodies exsumed to california,where they both are residents and lay them to rest,don't forget to put mr marshall's ashes in with anna, but this will never happen. sad,very sad hearing! the judge should of took until friday to figure this out!

i agree Renee, if Daniel hadn't died in the bahamas, Anna Nicole would have cited California as the place she would have wanted to be buried. She lived the hollywood dream and the nightmare, there is no where more suited to her resting place than Hollywood.

Virgie lost because she lied on stand,judge asked her the value of her home,judge state,s around $160.000 oh no Virgie says only $70.000 or less.Well I went to Zillow.com with the address Virgie gave and the house is worth $124.000 dollers almost double the claim by Viigie,and here is the most damning of all in my opinion , when asked how much her retirement was she answered $3800.00 a month! this women does not get social security yet! and the sheriffs retirement is only around $1500.00 a month so the only way she can be getting that amount is through disabilaty,thats lie # 2. I think old Virgie threw Anna out because she did not like the compatition!

Did she leave this country knowing the baby was not Howards. What she has done is unacceptable by misleading and putting his name on the birth certificate. My heart goes out to Larry. If this baby isn't Larry's, what she has done has been completely cruel to all parties. Was she served with custody papers or DNA papers in the United States?

Howard, stand up and be a man and stop being minipulated by a corpse. This woman has reigned hell on you by stealing your heart and continuing to sleep with other men. Do what is right.
