Howard K. Stern is currently on the stand discussing his relationship with Anna Nicole Smith. He looks a little more "aware" than usual but is spinning in his chair, back and forth, speaking in a very somber, monotonous voice. He has referred to Anna as his "wife" and "mother of his daughter" and stated that he and Anna became intimate in 2000 but their relationship was not exclusive, she had several other boyfriends and he just wanted her to be happy. I can't believe how riveting this is. Stern and Birkhead's seats are just a few feet away from each other with their lawyers sitting next to each other and Virgie Arthur across the room. On a side note, does Anna Nicole's biological father look like a cross between Johnny Cash and Elvis?

Ok, now I see her father. Yeah he does have an Elvis thing going on about him, but that's cool. It's very southern.

Paris hilton is a brat. She drives under the influence of liquor under a suspended licence. She was given a favorable treatment when she was first arrested for DUI driving and was not sent to jail Instead she was paroled and her drivers licence was suspended. She thought it meant she can keep driving blaming it on people who work for her. Freeing her would mean a death sentence for some innocent people whose paths may cross hers. Dear Governator I've been a fan of yours for ages. I appeal to you not to pardon her. Please look at my own appeal.
