Before the media even had a chance to takes sides Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reportedly reached a settlement in their divorce - with the director walking away without so much as a whiff of the singers $450 million fortune.
A source close to the couple says Guy didn't want anything from his wife of 8 years and was only concerned about the welfare of their 3 children, Lourdes, Rocco and David. It's believed that Lourdes, who's father is personal trainer/actor Carlos Leon, will stay in NYC with her mother, while the boys will reside with their father/adoptive father in the UK.
Fortunately the pair were amicable enough not to repeat the public onslaught witnessed between high profile couple Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills, which saw Mills walk away with a cool $50 million.
So with the full details of the settlement to be released by the end of the month, it looks as though Madonna can continue to pound on the treadmill in a bid to defy death, and Guy will prove his lot directing Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law (pictured here today).

Nicky Hilton traipsed through L.A. yesterday to have a bite to eat with a friend. While she was looking super prim
watching basketball earlier this week,
she thankfully took that sweater off her shoulders and loosened up to
dine and giggle. We caught her waiting for valet yesterday on the
sidewalk, and she was all "drat!" because the photogs caught up with her.

Robert Pattinson touched down in New York with nary a fan accosting him or screeching: I'd say his low-key behavior worked very well for him. The actor arrived at JFK to promote vampire flick
Twilight and stopped to sign just a few autographs before leaving the terminal.
Robert's co-star Kristin Stewart recently cut him down to size a bit by saying that she helped pick him for the role of Edward because he is "not perfect." She said that he arrived at the audition "looking terrified" and "like he should not be there," which is why she chose him. Thank goodness Robert called Kristin out on her "backhanded compliment," because it's a little bit harsh!

Even if she's not pregnant, she needs to really rethink that wardrobe: an
unbelted coat? A loose-fitting shift dress? Almost-practical shoes? Pair that with a slightly fuller face and we've got a five-alarm pregnancy alert going on right now. There have been rumors swirling for quite some time, but she's really looking round.

Bitter cold, that is! Rose Byrne and Timothy Olyphant spent some serious time trying to warm up while filming
Damages outside in Madison Square Park, but unfortunately, I think they weren't making much of a dent on the brisk wind and chilly temps they were facing yesterday! Rose Byrne was even caught making a not-so-nice gesture towards the cast? crew? everyone? as she tried to stay bundled up underneath her pink puffer. Check it out below.

Jennifer Garner's pretty fast for someone who looks like she's going to explode! This heavily pregnant actress has been noticeably out of the spotlight the past few days, but now she's back out and about. Wrapped up in a heavy sweater and jeans, we saw her zipping along as she made her way to the studio in Santa Monica. Yes, she was actually running!
