This is
Johnny Vieira, the talent-spotter who is suing Vanessa Hudgens for $5 million after claiming he helped launch the High School Musical starlet's career.
Vieira claims he entered an agreement with the then aspiring star to make her famous back in May 2005, which meant they would "share equally" the rewards from her showbiz career.
He says she ditched him once she landed her role as Gabriella Montez in the blockbuster High School Musical series.
In legal papers submitted to LA Superior Court, Vieira included a signed photo allegedly from Vanessa declaring: "Without you I would be nowhere. We WILL make it BIG."
Vieira, now with J.O.T.S Productions/Records and developing a reality show, hopes to resolve the legal matter soon and refuses to accuse the HSM star of personally betraying him, saying "She's a sweet girl. It's probably just the people around her."

Brad Pitt caused a minor traffic jam in Hollywood this afternoon when his custom motorcycle stalled.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons star embarrassingly pushed his bike to the side of the road while drivers honked their horns.
But underneath his gold pin-striped helmet the Hollywood hunk kept his cool and with a little help from his entourage, who were following in blacked-out SUV's, he was able to start the flash bike and continue his ride home home.

Sherlock Holmes has left Manchester, England and we caught up with Jude Law on the set in Brooklyn, New York. The 36-year-old actor, who plays Watson, had just filmed a fight scene that left him with a bloody ear.
The film, directed by Guy Ritchie also stars Robert Downey Jr. as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "Sherlock" and Rachel McAdams as "Irene Adams."

Just hours after the Manchester United star
wrecked his Ferrari 599 GTB, Cristiano Ronaldo is back behind the wheel. The Portuguese footballer was spotted driving his Bentley after practicing with his Premiere League team.
Although the European Player of the Year walked away from the crash unharmed, he may still face an police inquisition about the cause of the crash. There are concerns that he was possibly speeding and/or racing a teammate.

Kelly Osbourne was looking on the right side of adorable when we spotted her going into a medical facility in Beverly Hills. Not only was her dog the perfect accessory, but Kelly took the time to look up, smile, and wave on her way in. That seems so... not like her.
Kelly's come a long way, but she's still not perfect: she did take the time earlier this month to comment on Peaches Geldof and say that she has more "class," claiming that "I feel sorry for Peaches - I feel like it was such an attention thing."
So I take it these two don't hang out much. . .
