They will not get sued as a mall is private property. The paparazzi weren't complying to the mall's requests so they got their asses kicked. Everyone should always remember that a mall cop can do this to you because no mall is public property.
I was right inside the door in the background of this shot.Century City mall has pretty strict rules about taking photos on their property. The photogs broke the rules and if they didn't leave peacefully, the security were completely in the right to force them out.
