Chris...guess what school taxes per pupil average in Larchmont Manor? About $14,000+ per pupil and that's PUBLIC school.

What do you think she is going to pay in property tax in the Hollywood Hills? paying 18K on top of that is just ridiculous. Besides, has that public education ever done you wrong?

The school system is the UK is shockingly awful. Personally i think i would find the cash to pay for decent education. I dont know what the american school system is like, but i wouldnt send my kid to any old school in the UK. It did me no wrong, but its gone downhill since and i think will continue to do so.

That's pretty much the going rate outside of crappy parochial schools.Yes, I'm sure her property taxes are going to be absurd but do you really think she and Becks (or anyone that famous) can send their kids to public school? My public school education treated me just fine. It was (and still is) a great school system. But can you imagine Posh (or I guess her limo driver) trying to drop her kids off at Hommocks? And what wall would they hang out at at M.H.S.?Meanwhile, I didn't even know they HAD kids. What'd they do...buy a couple of 'em in Sudan or something? There's no way that that stick-figure could squeeze out a puppy.

I agree with Jack. 18K isn't that much for school these days. In fact, I think they are making a saving educating their kids in the USA, because decent public (private) schools here in the UK are way more expensive than that. Though this may also be taking boarding into account. On a seperate note, who the hell goes around looking at schools and houses in stilettos?

MAybe she should think about signing up too. isn't she dumb as a bucket of rocks, except when it comes to fashion. sigh.......

i too went to curtis form pre-k to 8th grade and i can honestly say it was the best education that i could get. The facilities were emaculate and state of the art. The cost was well worth it... plus i was there on scholarship. so i guess i can say that she payed for me too. ahha!

I'd pay for that quality too if I was her. And with a mom and dad that famous, public school would be a nightmare for that kid.

Are you kidding me?! These photos were taken from long range over the top of the hill on a private road because the swarms of paparazzi (Chris)wouldn't leave them alone and were forbidden on campus by the school guards. Curtis campus is a highly secure and completely guard gated campus. And for good reason, as you can see. Clearly the Beckhams wish to pay for private school not only for the stellar education that Curtis provides but to have any hope of keeping the insanity of the paparazzi out of their children's lives. Even if public were an option it's simply not doable in today's media manic crazy world.

It amuses me to see the spelling coming from two-thirds of the commenters who said they went to Curtis. Perhaps the school ought to work on their English department, hmm?
