Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher back in the UK

Sacha Baron Cohen, the creater of the smash hit "Borat," has been named one of Britain's "Most Powerful Men" by GQ Magazine. The success of "Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," landed him at the #19 slot behind Prince William. GQ said the ranking showed men "shaping the fabric and direction of the nation" over the next 12 months and beyond.
If making jokes about a poverty stricken nation and giving racist hicks face time on the big screen is going to be shaping the direction of young men in Britain, then the country is in trouble.

I guess there aren't very many powerful men in Britain if this loser is on the list.
borat rocks!.. and get with it.. its mocking u dumb americans
he looks like jordan bratman
Sasha is my hero- he is fabulous-handsome & intelligent..unlike many men in the states.
at least he is able to laugh about himself and look ugly. Americans will die before doing something like that.
I like him! He is the best!
You didn't get the movie AT ALL!!!
Sacha did the Ali G Show in Britain many years ago, it was only after his show was picked up by HBO in the United States that he got a movie deal (a real movie deal, Ali G Indahouse is not a real movie). He made Borat, became famous in the United States and is now the most powerful man in Britain. While he has been well known in Europe for years, it is his fame in the U.S. that got him the title "powerful" in Britain. Call Americans dumb all you want, but it is British actors that desperately want to be famous in the United States, not Europe. He needed the American industry to make the kind of money he is making now.
Many Americans found the movie hilarious - in fact the movie did better in America than it did in Britain. I think that proves Americans can laugh at themselves.
So you can shove that up your zenophobic ass.
Just for the record. I am British and you lot with your "americans are dumb" make me ashamed. Have a look around you.. or just look in the mirror - there are plenty of 'dumb' Brits too.
