According to this report on MSNBC.com, Britney Spears has a stylist, Britt Bardo, who is doing everything in her power to distance herself from Britney:

Britney Spears’ stock has fallen so far that her stylist reportedly is trying to distance herself from the singer.

Britt Bardo, whose clients include the likes of Kate Hudson, Jennifer Lopez and Eva Mendes, was overheard telling folks that she’s not responsible for the look of the “Oops, I Did It Again” crooner, according to In Touch Weekly.

'Yes, I’ve done Britney Spears, but don’t blame me, okay?' Bardo said, reports the mag. 'I make her up and she just takes everything off and does her own thing.'

So kids, if you are playing at home; Don't fire your publicist and always listen to your stylist (except if it is Rachel Zoe). Britney can try and blame the media, her fans, and the paparazzi but the only person at fault for her new public image is herself.

Yes, shock and horror the blonde reads. She was spotted clutching ‘The Power of the Actor’. The first book from the instructor who has taught Charlize Theron, Brad Pitt, and Halle Berry! Eva Mendes has been quoted saying “This is my bible. I don’t leave home without it.” So, surly we are going to see a performance worthy of an Oscar in her new film ‘The Hottie and the Nottie’. Also I'm not sure what Paris is thinking with this leopard print hat collection of late? Perhaps she needs to keep her brain warm, whilst it works hard grasping the ability of reading. Us Weekly is reporting that Drew Barrymore has ended her four year relationship with rocker boyfriend Fabrizio Moretti, drummer for the The Strokes. 'Drew said they needed time off,' an insider told Us Weekly magazine.And a pal of Moretti's says the musician has now moved back into his own apartment. The couple's relationship has not always been smooth sailing. In February 2005 Barrymore, 31, skipped the wedding of Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas. And several months later they were spotted having a public row in Santa Monica, California. 'He's younger and she's more worldly,' another insider told the magazine. 'He doesn't like the Hollywood stuff. He doesn't get her friends.' This guy is a rock star, why was he wasting his time dating Drew Barrymore when he could have been (and should have been) spending lots of quality time backstage with groupies, sleeping with models, and deflowering fans. Word in the blogosphere and being reported in Page Six is that Marilyn Manson has already moved on from burlesque queen and soon-to-be ex-wife Dita Von Teese and was spotted getting close with Evan Rachel Wood, star of a bunch of movies that you and I never saw.

...it seems, Manson is soothing his wounded ego by developing a close friendship with 20-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood.

On the night von Teese left Manson, he had a listening party at a house in Beverly Hills. Wood was by his side there and a source told Us Weekly, "They were like an old married couple. She was always right next to him and so attentive." After opening some gifts (which included a live scorpion), Manson led Wood and pals into a room to listen to songs from his next album. "Evan was really into it," says the source. Wood's rep, Kelly Bush, says the friendship with Mansion is just that. "They are doing a movie together ['Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll']," Bush said. "Their friendship grew out of Evan's great admiration for Marilyn as an artist. They are nothing more than friends."
