The parents of the woman that died in a freeway crash involving Brandy is suing the R&B singer for $50 million. The wrongful death suit states that Brandy was driving recklessly when her Land Rover smashed into the Honda Accord driven by 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj "The accident was a terrible tragedy, and Brandy's heart goes out to Awatef Aboudihaj's family," spokesman Allan Mayer said in a statement. "But for legal reasons we cannot comment on this lawsuit." If she wasn't Brandy, would the family be suing for $50 million? Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa has been trying to publish a tell-all book alleging Lopez had multiple affairs, including one with her third and current husband Marc Anthony but was slapped with a breach of contract lawsuit. Today a judge ruled that the matter was going to be held in private arbitration rather than a public trial where details of Noa's book, 'The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller,' would have played out in the public eye. In the video Noa explains his book saying that the book is mainly about him, not her:

"I am upset because I would never talk badly about anybody," Noa said. "The book is about my life and me coming from Cuba and meeting her. It is about a love affair...Of course there is some stuff about her - but I did not do what they said I did. Somebody sold it to the New York Post but it was not me...I'm not talking about her - its about my life - its about me. I'm sure she understands that, but if you look at her life and how its been for the past five years - she's the one who has been married three times not me."
