Splash spotted Kimberly Stewart hobbling out of Cafe Med with her foot in a plastic cast yesterday. What is it with this Brat-Pack lot? Paris always has bruises, Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton, either have bandages or casts on their hands. Maybe its all the hard partying these lot do, but I think its because they keep falling over each other in a bid to more famous than the other.
