Update: Now with Mugshot goodness TMZ.com is reporting that Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI at 4:50 AM this morning and released on $15,000 bail at 7Am. According to police reports Nicole Richie weighs an astonishing 85 lbs even though she claims to have put on a few pounds. Her SUV was spotted by motorists this morning driving in the wrong direction on the 134 freeway. Responding California Highway Patrol found Richie parked in the carpool lane on her cellphone. A preliminary screening determined that Richie was not under the influence of Alcohol but admitted to smoking pot and taking Vicodin. Her case is due in court on December 12 at Glendale Municipal Court. I am not shocked at all by this. Paris has one so Nicole needs one too. Gotta keep up with the Hilton's.
