I have no idea why this movie is being made. Jessica Simpson isn't exactly box office gold with 'Dukes of Hazzard' and 'Employee of The Month' doing less than expected to down right poorly at the box office. The plot from IMDB:

A young woman's unconventional, comedic journey up the corporate ladder while finding love along the way.

So we're supposed to believe that Jessica is smart enough to climb the corporate ladder instead of sleeping her way up and we are supposed to believe that she can pull off a 'comedic journey.' While Britney was figuring out how to put gas in her car and Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were at the Volkswagon concept car premiere, Lindsay Lohan headed over to Guy's bar in West Hollywood. Is there 'trendy' bar or nightclub in the Los Angeles area that Lindsay has not gotten her underage body into? I cannot make sense of the feud between her and Paris. Is there one? Are they friends? Enemies? Secret lovers? (That would explain why Paris knows all about the color and status of Lindsay's pubes and their little on/0ff again spats. Hmmm......)

Reese Witherspoon, wearing a prosthetic pregnant stomach, films a scene for her new film 'Rendition,' which is about a CIA analyst in Cairo who witnesses an unorthodox interrogation (torture?) of a foreign national by the Egyptian secret police. The film also stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Alan Arkin, and Peter Sarsgaard. Since filming has started, rumors have swirled that Jake and Reese were more than just co-stars. It has been reported that Reese, who recently split from hubby Ryan Phillippe, has banned cell phones from the set to keep any sneaky snaps of her and Jake filming together, preventing any more rumors. Kevin Federline is back in Los Angeles after his attempt at being a rap star on tour failed miserably. He is now making the rounds to the paparazzi hotspots to get his picture taken amid new rumors that he cheated on Britney Spears a full month before their split. A report on MSNBC states that Federline was having an affair with porn star Kendra Jade who Kevin met last December in Las Vegas while Britney was home in Kentwood, Louisiana visiting family. Reports surfaced but were later denied by Jade that her and Kevin were more than just friends. But now new allegations have surfaced:

Kev and Kendra had sex at their friends’ apartment multiple times, starting in early October...Their friend would phone Kendra and a few other girls to come hang out, and it would always end up with Kevin and Kendra heading off to the spare bedroom!
