Perez Hilton is to be hit by a multi-million dollar federal lawsuit from the top seven paparazzi agencies in the US. Splash News, INF, Ramey, Bauer Griffin, WENN, Most Wanted and Flynet have joined forces to stop Perezhilton.com from using copyrighted images. "Perez claims he is making a fortune off exploiting pictures taken by photographers. He blatantly violates copyright and makes advertising revenue off other people's works," said Gary Morgan of Splash News. "It is time he is held accountable for his actions. We have amassed a ton of evidence from all of these agencies detailing his infringements. We have filed a letter to him giving him the chance to either pay up for all of his copyright violations or face the music. He only has a few days to decide." The seven agencies have spent the last few weeks conferring over how to stop Hilton. In an unprecedented co-operation between paparazzi and showbusiness agencies, the heads of the agencies agreed to take action. A letter was sent demanding full payment of all infringed material or face a lawsuit next week.

Suge Knight opened up to the New York Post about how Snoop Dogg has escaped jail time over the years:

'Snoop is a rat. He's a police informer. This is the only guy who never goes to jail no matter what. I don't like rats,' Knight told Page Six exclusively yesterday.

I think Snoop got off light there but he better run for his life when Suge reads his interview in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone where Snoop states:

'I stepped to him [four years ago] at the BET Awards with my n--s, and he [Knight] was more scared than a mother[bleep]er,' Snoop brags to Rolling Stone. 'That was the scenario when n--s knew the balance had shifted. That's when everybody felt like the floodgates was open on Suge. Snoop dissed him in public, and he didn't do nothing.'

If I had to pick one guy not to f#$% with it would definitely be Suge Knight. The notorious founder of Death Row Records has a history of allegedly hanging Vanilla Ice off a 10-story balcony by his feet until he signed over the rights to his album, rolling with gang members, and I believe masterminding the deaths of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls. 50 Cent has blasted Oprah Winfrey as being an 'Oreo,' meaning black on the outside and white on the inside. Page Six reports:

In the January issue of Elle, the rapper says Winfrey 'started out with black women's views but has been catering to middle-aged white American women for so long that she's become one herself. I think the idea of being publicly noted that she's a billionaire makes [black women] interested in seeing her views. But it's even more exciting to the demographic of white American women she's been aiming at to see that she has the exact same views that they have.'
