I actually caught his show in Ottawa back in February. I went with a bunch of 30-odd year old women with the intent to laugh at the misery, but was surprised--it was actually a lot of fun. Sure, there are sucky tracks on the CD, but most artists these days have that problem.I'd go to see him again. ;o)The only sad part of the show was selling the opportunity to meet him after the show for a mere $50. LOL

I was such a big fan of NKOTB.However Jordan was never my favorite.It is so sad to see that only 4 people showed up :(

RU kidding? Walmart sells way more CD's than either the Virgin or Tower records chains - ask any record label VP of sales. Besides, Tower Records is teetering on the brink of bancrupty and can barely afford to do instores any more as it is. Doing this instore there might not have been as crazy an idea as you think.

I was never a NKOTB fan (I was in my mid-twenties when they hit it big), but I had the misfortune of having waited on Jordan Knight and Donnie Wahlberg back in 1989 or 1990, when the group was playing the arena here and they wandered into the record store where I was working at the time.In all my time there, they were by far not only the most rude celebrities, but rudest customers EVER in the store. When I approached them with the standard "Hi, may I help you with anything", I was met with nothing but sneers, grunts, and unpleasant facial expressions. I was young, female, and not unattractive at all, but they pretty much looked at me as if I was made of and smelled like feces. I excused myself, went back to the counter, and whispered to a co-worker, "Wow, what a couple of a-holes."We had lots of celebrities visit the store in the time I worked there, and the majority of them were nothing less than nice and most, absolutely wonderful. The few who weren't were not in the least unpleasant. Those two really took the cake, they were absolute jerks.I kinda hate that Donnie was that way (tho Jordan was much more rude) - I have somewhat enjoyed his acting in recent years, but that incident pretty much tainted my appreciation of that.Anyway, when I see stuff like this, I can't help but think what goes around comes around, and you reap what you sow. If you act like jerk to people when you're a star and flying high, most aren't going to be very warm and welcoming when times are tougher for you. I guarantee "the little people" never, ever forget.

Anyhow, as for Jordan and the other being rude back in the day. If this is actually true,you should take into account that they were just some teens with fame getting to their heads. Alotof kids with that kind of fame would act that way. Anyhow, that rude story is a first. I have only heard about how great they are to fans.
