Kevin Costner was honored with the Hand and Footprint Ceremony at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre yesterday, a tradition that has been carried on since its' inception in 1927 and nowadays is guarded by out-of-work 'actors' (homeless people) dressed in costumes harassing tourists. No mention if this ceremony came with 'full release.'

Paris Hilton was arrested for driving under the influence early Thursday morning. According to TMZ, Paris was pulled over by LAPD at 12:31 AM for driving her Mercedes McLaren SLR erratically. Paris went on to blow a .08 during the field sobriety test which is the California minimum blood alcohol level for DUI. Hilton went on to blame the lack of rest (she filmed another music video all day, so tiring!!!) and the one margarita she had on an empty stomach (that's a strong margarita). Picture by Richie Buxo
