1 guess, facelift scar. Take a look at some before and after. She has that pulled tight cat face. Done very well though, I wish.....

I thought that plastic surgery scars were usually behind the ear.

I think Madonna should do whatever she wants, she's got good taste anyway and i know she won't overdo things. In fact, i'm looking forward to seeing her looking good and fresh!

My mom had a facelift and also has the same scar.

Without makeup Madge is a hot mess. I do not believe she has aged gracefully at all.

I reckon she has had many little procedures over the last 7 years which have in turn given her a mini face lift.
She was showimg her age in 2001 during the drowned world tour. Then big improvement by the time she did the re-invention tour. Then MAJOR improvement by the confessions tour. Very slowly, very discreet and very very well done!! I wish I knew her surgeon. Fabulous!!

I had a Lifestyle lift and there is no scar in that location on anyone I've seen and there is not one in that location on me either. No good plastic surgeon would leave a scar out that far from a fold, it's something else that has caused that bruise. Maybe her hubby knocked her for a loop! LOL! Just joking.

That scar has plastic surgery all over it. If i had that i would at least try to cover it up a little.

I'm in skin care and work at a doctor's office and am used to seeing the evidence of facelift scarring...that is not a facelift scar. It's not even in the right place! If all you haters think so little of Madonna, then why are you so "hung up" on her that you can't resist visiting here, leaving posts, etc.? Betcha can't resist joinining in the discussion again, no matter how hard you try...oh, go ahead, it's not like you can affect her anyway. It's like pissing in the wind--it just comes back on you!

It looks pretty much like a scar I saw on Dr. 90210, from "facial rejuvenation". Dr. Diamond made the incision in front of the ear, separated the skin of the face and neck from the tissue and muscle below, tightened up the muscles, laid the skin back down, then trimmed the excess skin and sewed the flaps back together. Also looks like where Michael Douglas' oozing incisions were back in 2005.

I agree with Paula. Whatever she did with her face and her body, it makes her look good naturally and subtly. That is a very smart way to do so unlike Cher or those cat-like faces ladies or something. Those look scary.

All of you are all jealous wish if i was in Madonna position. she is great and a good artist. She deserve this in her life.
