London's Leicester Square had never looked so polished and pretty as Hollywood's squeakiest of faces gathered on the red carpet last night. We are of course talking about the High School Musical premiere.
A big screen lit up the square, making sure every dedicated fan got a peep of the cast, Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, Ashley Tisdale, Jemma McKenzie-Brown and Corbin Bleu. They were also joined by an array of UK stars enjoying the moment with their family's, including, Jason Donavon, Gordon Ramsay, Melanie Blatt, Meg Matthews and Jonathan Ross.

Hours in the salon were wasted yesterday, as Lindsay Lohan's glossy new hair do was overshadowed by her fantastic figure and gravity defying breasts. The one time Herbie actress looked stunning as she strutted from the West Hollywood hairdressers in a black vest that left little to the imagination. Lohan also looks to have taken a leaf from Katie Holmes, by joining the 'rolled up boy jeans' club.

The home of Hollywood actor Nick Nolte caught fire today but contrary to reports, the house did not burn to the ground. The fire is thought to be caused by an electrical malfunction resutling in $3.5 million in damage to the structure. Nolte was injured trying to exit through a broken window and suffered some smoke inhalation.
Um, they just put this fire out, how the hell can they speculate the monetary value of the damage so fast?

Pop superstar Madonna has been preaching to her audience about her thoughts regarding the Republican vice-presidential candidate, Sarah Palin. Like any good rock star, Madonna spent some moments of her concert at Madison Square Garden to inform the crowd of her political viewpoints. She had this to say about Palin: "Sarah Palin can't come to my party, Sarah Palin can't come to my show. It's nothing personal".
The Material Girl, who was performing in New York on her Sticky & Sweet Tour, also joked: "Here's the sound of Sarah Palin's husband's snowmobile when it won't start" and then made a loud screeching noise. Madonna's latest tour will continue on to Boston and then she has some dates in Canada.
