Jason Alexander, who was married to Britney Spears for a total of 55 hours has been sentenced to 10 days in jail for violating the terms of his 2006 DUI arrest.
"Jason messed up and he knows it," an insider tells Star. "He's going to keep his head down, stay out of trouble and hopefully he won't have to serve the entire 10 days."
Alexander was sentenced to a court ordered alcohol rehab and educational program that required two visits to the county morgue. A sort of scared straight, you drink, you drive, you end up here kind of thing but instead of following the judges orders, he skipped both appointments.
He is currently behind bars in the LA County's Twin Towers complex, where Paris Hilton did her part of her stint, and is scheduled for release on December 9th barring an early release for good behavior.
After a long night of partying Britney and Jason were married on January 3, 2004 during an early morning ceremony at Las Vegas' Little White Wedding Chapel. A judge granted an annulment on January 5th, after 55 hours of wedded bliss.

Sarah Jessica Parker always wins hands down when it comes to being the most down-to-earth mum in NYC. The dedicated mother of one is often snapped collecting her son, James Wilkie Broderick, from in the West Village. Today was no different as she braved the cold in an oversized coat, Ugg boots and a grey beanie.

Victoria's Secret stuff, that is! Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima posed the night away at the Lexington Avenue flagship store opening in New York yesterday. After posing for Splash in cute dresses, they signed glossies of themselves for admiring fans. I have to say I'm jealous of their ability to look so amazing in front of the camera!

Repeat after me: tights are not pants! Kourtney has obviously not been taking much-needed style tips from
our favorite GFY girls, but she does get major points for being seen out with a pal and not in the company of the other Sisters Kardashian. Wearing a happy plaid cloak and boots, Kourtney was spotted going into Hollywood's Crown Bar with a friend. I hope she doesn't spoil her going out sessions sans family by seeing these pics and getting down on herself!

Jennifer Garner is back! After her
scary stalker experience and a stop at LAX, we hadn't seen her for a while, but she was spotted yesterday picking up goodies in the Santa Monica Farmer's Market. The heavily pregnant star just might have a craving for. . . carrots?
While Jennifer spent time with a friend and picked out produce, little Violet was spotted with her dad on her way to school.
